Are you passionate about facilities and excellent customers?

In this role you’ll provide an exceptional level of customer service to internal clients as the primary point of contact for all facility issues ticketed through the Helpdesk. Work closely with various internal business units to proactively understand their facility, technological and real estate needs and support their business objectives and strategies.

This Associate will have the opportunity to work on larger project teams; manage contractors/vendors/trades and resolve deficiencies post completion. Provide consultation for operations and maintenance aspects.

What you’ll do
• Coordination and scheduling of all day to day facility operations and maintenance activities including but not limited to:
• Source, coordinate and supervise vendor and contractors to resolve issues and conduct preventative maintenance on a wide variety of systems and assets – HVAC/R, Plumbing, Electrical, FM technologies, Security system, furniture, repairs/replacements, janitorial, etc.
• Ensure that issues are resolved in a timely and cost effective manner, with the least possible negative impact/downtime to associates. Manage vendor relationships, negotiate and administer vendor service agreements.
• Conducts quarterly reviews of service providers/trades to ensure LoyaltyOne’s standards and requirements are being met.
• Proactively recommend to the Associate Director, Workplace Experience improvements that could be made to all services managed or provided by the department.
• Recommends procedural/policy changes to the Manager, Facilities.
• Maintains and updates all pertinent Facilities Management documentation.
• Rotational on-call support.

• College certificate or diploma in Real Estate/Facilities or related field
• 1 + year Facilities Coordination/Real Estate experience
• IFMA/BOMA designation an asset
